furry art and costumes

  payment    
30% of payment is due within 48 hours of approval. this is non-refundable. the rest of the commission can be paid off within 3-6 months if a payment plan was approved prior. the commission will not be started until the bill is paid in full.
commissions paid in full will be placed into the queue and started in order of receiving. the queue can be viewed on my trello.
payment is only accepted via Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo.
you must be 18 years old or older to order. ID verification may be requested.

  shipping    
shipping costs are calculated upon completion of the commission. it is the commissioner's responsibility to cover any and all shipping costs. i am based in the US and currently only ship domestically. it is up to the artist to choose a shipping provider. once the costume has left my hands i am no longer responsible for the product. any lost/stolen/delayed shipments must be dealt with through the shipping provider. insurance on your fursuit is not provided unless you pay extra for it.con deliveries are available upon request if i am attending.

  cancellations    
please let me know as soon as possible if a commission must be cancelled. please be aware that the initial 30% down-payment will not be refunded regardless of the amount of work done. the remaining 70% of the payment can be refunded depending on progress and is at the artist's discretion.
please make sure you are in a stable financial and mental position before purchasing a commission slot.the artist may cancel the commission for any reason, in which case a 100% refund will be awarded.

  completion times / deadlines    
estimated completion dates are offered to fully paid commissions. partials can take up to 12 months to complete and fullsuits can take up to 18 months. deadlines are not accepted at this time. estimated completion times are not deadlines. the estimated completion time at the moment is 3-6 months.

  design changes / sizing    
having a design set in stone is highly recommended before purchasing a commission slot. some minor changes may be able to be made before materials are purchased, but be aware that changes are subject to extra charges. complete character changes are not allowed.
you will be given a questionnaire after your slot has been purchased so that sizes can be noted. heads will require the buyer's head circumference in inches. feetpaws will require a shoe size in US men's or women's. bodysuits require a duct tape dummy that is made from strong duct tape over a painter's suit. ankles, heels, wrists, and base of the neck must be included to provide accurate sizing. please do not create the duct tape dummy until you are asked to do so as weight fluctuates and your commission may not be started immediately depending on the queue.

  warranty / repairs    
i offer free repairs for minor wear and tear within the first year of your suit's arrival date. after this time frame, repairs will incur a fee. please be aware that repairs are done in between other commissions and will not be subject to deadlines. all repairs, with and without warranty, are required by the buyer to ship and all payments relating to shipping will fall on the buyer.
make sure to handle your suit with care to avoid damage.
